As part of the Grande Braderie in Vieux-Nice, the merchants’ association and the Fabrique d’Aqui are organizing the 1st World Championship of Pan Bagnat on Sunday, September 18th, starting at 8 a.m. at the Fabrique d’Aqui.
Participants must arrive starting at 8 a.m. with their Pan Bagnat previously prepared at home.
A panel of experts in Niçoise cuisine will taste and decide which will be the best Pan Bagnat in this first World Championship.
