The “Digital InPulse 2017: Smart City” edition honored French start-ups that innovate. The event was organized in partnership with the Chinese company Huawei, as well as the Richelieu Committee, Business France, French Tech, and several local authorities. Selected from a pre-selection of regional start-ups, Traxxs and Swap received an award presented by Christian Estrosi.
Traxxs is a company that develops connected insoles aimed at protecting workers from dangers they may encounter during their working hours.
The start-up Swap develops GPS keychains for Alzheimer’s patients. They are accompanied by a smartphone application intended for the patient’s relatives to locate them at any time.
A check for โฌ40,000 was awarded to the start-up Traxxs and another for โฌ15,000 to Swap, including a business trip to China to meet developers from the company Huawei, the worldโs No. 3 in the smartphone market.
