The merger of two political entities requires numerous material and political adjustments: a period of two years has been given to carry out the operation at the national level and one year at the local level.
In the Alpes-Maritimes region, as President of the former PRG, I am determined, with my new and old friends, to prove Sacha Guitry wrong (“Marriage: it’s sharing problems between two that you wouldn’t have had alone”) by minimizing this transition period, in a fragmented political landscape where each family tears itself apart, to fully benefit from the momentum generated by this merger.
