Charlotte Bonnet, 22 years old, crowned European champion of the 200m freestyle in short course, did not make it to the podium at the end of the 50m short course final for the European Swimming Championships, held in Copenhagen.
She finished in 6th place with a time of 23.94 seconds. The Swedish swimmer Sarah Sjöström (23.30) won the event.
