This Wednesday, August 12, the Côte d’Azur sky transformed into a true ballet between the moon and the sun. From La Turbie to Hyères, residents and photographers alike looked up at the sky to capture this moment.

From 7:30 PM, cameras were pointed at the sky. ISO 12312-2 glasses on their noses, everyone wanted to capture this moment. Particularly at 8:24 PM when the sun was obscured by 95%. For several minutes, enthusiasts and passionate observers photographed each moment of the moon leaving an orange or reddish glow depending on the location in the Alpes-Maritimes. A photo recap:
