This initiative is supported by the CANCA and the Regional Council of Paca and implemented in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Nice Côte d’Azur. It offers the acquirer a structured approach through an adapted program:
– A seminar to frame the acquisition project to structure the approach and clarify its targets (2 workshops).
– Two specialized modules: searching for target companies and diagnosing their development potential – evaluating the business to be acquired and anticipating the terms of negotiation.
– Individual support provided by professionals.
– Integration into the network of technical and financial partners.
Objective: Diagnose the target company, evaluate and negotiate its purchase, complete the legal and financial setup of the acquisition, successfully take over and manage the business, and train in the various aspects of being a business leader.
This support is flexible according to the needs of the project leader, with the possibility of enrolling in the full cycle (2 modules) or selecting 1 or 2 modules of choice.
The initiative is aimed at anyone (jobseekers, employees, business owners) who wants professional support in the feasibility study of their acquisition project.
Integration into the program is done by appointment with the submission of an application form.
