The Association of Friends of Lacassagne and the Les Choralines 06 ensemble* are organizing a concert this Sunday, October 29th at 4 PM at the Saint François de Paule Church (9 Saint François Street). The concert will bring together the Choralines 06 with the action initiated by “the Friends of LACASSAGNE” for the renovation of the tunnel that connects buildings A and B of the institution: a passage used daily by more than 600 people, including patients, families, and medical staff.
Those who pass through it now escape from a painful reality while taking a stroll through the Niçois region; an achievement widely acclaimed.
With the participation of Léa BIANCO-CHINTO as soprano and Nelly FOURCADE on the piano, this concert promises to be rich in musical and vocal variety: Bach, Caccini, Franck, Gounod, Haendel, Mozart, Rossini, and Vivaldi for the classics, Lauridsen and Rutter for the modern pieces.
