The observation has been made for several years now: the representation of women in the sports field is insufficient.
Whether in terms of media presence, the percentage of female athletes amongst the total athletes, their presence in positions of responsibility, or the weight of cultural traditions, the reports are alarming. “Women of Challenges” aims to provide responses to these observations and will thus revolve around the following themes:
- Women’s sports in the media
- Access to responsibilities in sports structures
- Athletes and cultural traditions
To launch the debate:
