The “Mission Handicap” organizes “Ensemble on dit Cap” every year, which includes sports and recreational activities for people with disabilities. More than 2,000 children and adults with intellectual, psychological, cognitive, physical, or sensory disabilities participate in these activities.
In collaboration with over 50 specialized establishments and associations, the City of Nice offers them the opportunity to engage in activities based on their abilities and to experience emotions and events just like able-bodied individuals.
This Thursday at the Les Combes sports complex, nearly 400 people are registered for the following 11 workshops: tennis, padel, blind tennis, fencing, oval ball, tricycle, trampoline, climbing, swimming, zumba, and pedestrian mobility and traffic code awareness by the Municipal Police.
