This guide, developed in partnership with all construction professionals, aims to raise awareness and provide information on the high environmental quality approach, the challenges for our department, and the requirements to be met for any construction or rehabilitation project eligible for subsidies from the General Council of the Alpes-Maritimes.
### This guide is built around four main axes:
– Eco-construction, which, in light of departmental constraints, will analyze the rationale of the solutions implemented by quantifying environmental gains (carbon footprint, recyclability…),
– Eco-management, which will notably allow evaluating the use of water resources (treatment of rainwater and wastewater before discharge) as well as the sorting and treatment of waste,
– Comfort and health with monitoring and/or alert systems on indoor air quality, as well as optimizing natural lighting,
– Environmental management system, a tool for involving and associating the various stakeholders (client, project manager, operator, and user) and ensuring traceability of the project throughout its lifecycle.
