This Friday, the Alpes-Maritimes Department is organizing the 5th departmental day dedicated to seniors, as well as their families and caregivers, at the Palais Acropolis.
Friendliness and sharing are the order of the day, with two major free concerts by Amaury Vassili & Marie-Paule Belle at 10:00 AM and then at 2:30 PM in the Apollon room.*
Numerous Fun and Well-being Workshops
The Rhodes room will host open workshops from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. They will cover various themes such as “health appointments” with visual, auditory, and dental screenings, adapted physical activity actions, and postural choir, “well-being and posture” with introductions to yoga, sophrology-relaxation, osteopathy, aromatherapy, as well as a quiz and demonstrations of digital memory training applications, cooking workshops, and a chefs’ competition organized by “Silver Fork.”
This day will also be an opportunity to easily obtain personalized advice and information in various fields (health, housing assistance, access to rights…) thanks to the presence of all partners in one place.
