For 6 years, Diversity Conseil and the IAE of Corte have been organizing the Diversity Trophies® to distinguish the most innovative and high-performing companies in diversity management and anti-discrimination efforts. The deadline for submitting applications is set for Thursday, September 15, 2011.
The different editions of the Diversity Trophies® have successively focused on gender equality, the recruitment and integration of disabled people, employment of seniors, the treatment of diversity in the annual report, and the company’s overall diversity policy.
In 2011, IMS PACA is launching the 1st edition of the Diversity Trophies® in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, in partnership with Diversity Conseil, the IAE of Corte, the association “Les Défis de la Diversité,” and the General Secretariat of the Diversity Charter.
The Diversity Trophies® in PACA will reward companies that initiate and deploy thoughtful approaches to embed diversity at the heart of their economic development, their HR issues, and their managerial leadership.
They will distinguish the implementation of innovative and ambitious practices in terms of diversity management.
Only companies that have already signed the Diversity Charter or are in the process of signing it* can apply for these Trophies. Each application
received will be analyzed, and depending on its quality, will either proceed or not to the various selection stages of the jury. The latter will decide on the winners of the 2011 edition.
