A guitar recital at the CUM in Nice

Latest News

Born in 1977, Anne-Sophie Llorens studied classical guitar in the class of Ako Ito and Henri Dorigny at the Conservatoire National de Région de Nice and later received her first prize from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris in 2002.

Currently a tenured professor with a CA at the Conservatoire National de Région de Nice, the breadth of her repertoire allows her to appear as a soloist at the opera, on tour in Japan for classical music recitals, and also as a guest for the creation of contemporary works in Yokohama for a guitar and percussion duo with Nozomi Abe. She performs in France and the United States with the Trio “IDL,” giving concerts of traditional American music, Bluegrass, and Picking.
As a guitarist of the ensemble “Tres y mas,” Anne-Sophie Llorens also seeks to explore the eclectic repertoire of world music.
