Yesterday afternoon, Christian Estrosi inaugurated the Maison des Grands Projets of Nice, located on the Promenade du Paillon opposite the reflecting pool, which will enhance the information provided to residents, merchants, and economic stakeholders of our city.

A few days after the City Council where, during the debate on budget orientations, opposition groups strongly criticized the intervention strategies for 2022 and, indirectly, for the coming years, the Mayor of Nice aimed to respond by unveiling a strategic plan that will have a significant impact on the future development of Nice.

For him, this plan will focus on three main areas: environment, culture, and economy.

Some figures highlight and explain the objectives:

14,000 jobs, โ‚ฌ1.4 billion in private investments

70 hectares of greenery, 28,000 trees

– 200,000 tons of CO2, a 22% reduction in greenhouse gases

A timeline for each project was presented, with a goal that by 2026 (the end of the current term) almost all projects should be completed and the various sites operational.
