Since yesterday, the students of Jules Romains College, the establishment located near the Moulins district, have had two amazing digital tools at their disposal with their webzine “Moulins News” and their brand new web radio “Moulins News Radio,” under the auspices of the project initiator, Jean-Paul Delbrayelle, accompanied by a great team of teachers and many partners.
For these tools, having been officially inaugurated yesterday in the presence of Madame le Recteur, Claire Lovisi, and the general councilor and deputy mayor of Nice, Dominique Estrosi-Sassone, are the result of a long reflection and significant effort on the part of Jean-Paul Delbrayelle and his team, who have had the merit of bringing, and hopefully sustainably, digital technology into the schools, colleges, and high schools of the Cรดte d’Azur.
It was in the computer class that the 6th-grade students of Jules Romain College awaited the arrival of the officials, headphones on their heads and microphones in hand in front of their computers. Just enough time for a visit and presentation of the project and the participating teachers and the live radio broadcast could begin under the guidance of Angรฉlique Alasta, one of the project partners and a radio presenter. A little jingle, a countdown, and each student stepped in to present the project, talk about Press Week and Media in schools, or even interview the personalities present who gladly joined in the game of questions posed by these budding radio journalists.
Loud applause marked the end of the broadcast, and the faces of the young participants said as much about their joy at having completed this first as about the passion that surrounded its conception.
See you very soon on the airwaves of “Moulins News Radio”…
