A Meal in the Dark for SOS Nolwenn

Latest News

This Saturday from 8 PM onwards, the community hall of Falicon will be plunged into darkness for a dining in the dark event, which will benefit the SOS Nolwenn association, hosted by chefs and cooking enthusiasts.

Niçoise cuisine will be in the spotlight with iconic recipes revisited and to be enjoyed… with your eyes closed!

It will be a multi-hand dinner concocted by a wonderful group of friends including the Ratatouillettes (Karine Ninzoli, Marielle Berjonneau, and Coco de Nice) accompanied by their new World Champion of Pan Bagnat, Framboise Deschamps, Chef Eric Sikora, and his students from Thierry Marx’s “Cuisine Mode d’Emploi” school located in Villeneuve Loubet, Jack Garbarino and his “Bicougnat”, and Franck Viano, former winner of the show “Un dîner presque parfait” and ardent defender of Niçoise cuisine.

During this dining in the dark event, you will not only be able to taste delicious Niçoise specialties specially crafted for this type of meal. You can discover the brand new “Bicougnat” by Jack Garbarino (Pan Bagnat presented in the form of a Sicilian cannoli) or melt over the mini-farcis by the Ratatouillettes or the Stockfish revisited by Chef Eric Sikora and his team. For dessert, there’s no need to introduce the “Pan Fruchat” by Franck Viano (a fruity version of the famous Pan Bagnat).
