Yesterday, the Claude Pompidou Foundation handed over the keys to a new minibus to the EHPAD of the ICP, aimed at encouraging outings for residents.
Previously, these outings were made by taxi, which did not allow people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs to benefit from them. This is now possible thanks to this donation, which will allow the 72 residents with Alzheimer’s disease to enjoy museum visits through the Calman program, attend shows, or go to the beach or for mountain walks.
From the start, the Claude Pompidou Foundation has been a major partner that enabled the realization of the ICP alongside the Mutualitรฉ franรงaise PACA SSAM, the CHU of Nice, and France Alzheimer 06. It continues to remain attentive to the life of the ICP, particularly that of the EHPAD.
Today, once again, the Claude Pompidou Foundation demonstrates its dedication to the EHPAD of the Mutualitรฉ franรงaise PACA SSAM by offering a superb minibus to improve the lives of the residents.
The event was attended by Professor Alain Pompidou for the Claude Pompidou Foundation and Mr. Bernard Prestigiacomo for the Mutualitรฉ franรงaise PACA SSAM.
