The Departmental Nature Park of Valmasque, covering an area of 432 hectares, extends over the communes of Valbonne and Mougins. It welcomes 320,000 visitors each year.
This park is very popular with the surrounding mountain biking clubs, as well as individuals who come to enjoy this green space to indulge in their passion for sports or to share convivial moments with family or friends.
For safety reasons, cycling in the heart of the park is governed by regulations. Thus, some trails and roads are intended for family use, while others are for sporting purposes. Today, circuits for intermediate to advanced level practitioners are being inaugurated.
In total, three circuits, approximately 18 km in length, combining tracks and trails, are intended for advanced practitioners over the age of 14.
