Between 250 and 300 people attended the opening of the new art space, which was a great success for everyone involved, highlighted by a dinner cocktail provided by the Discothèque Casino de Jeux LA SIESTA, masterfully orchestrated by the Marketing Director, Mr. LANFRANCHI, with his attentive staff catering to the guests. Additionally, the president of Ambre International, Mr. Jean-Christophe MESSINA, supported by Emilie GUERIN and their team, made the evening a “MAGICAL and ENCHANTING” place where all attendees felt “unique” and the artists were celebrated to their true value. It was a fantastic evening that we would like to experience more often.
In this Art-Business collaboration, these exhibitions in the gaming halls of La Siesta allow artists to be seen by a large number of people and to potentially find clients for their work.
Exhibiting artists:
Arnold Livingstone: A graduate of the Marseille Higher School of Fine Arts, Arnold Livingstone creates works that are completely free, introducing a different view of things, allowing for the imagination.
Wilma Gledhill: I am schooled by my feelings.
My numerous travels inevitably bring me closer to ancient civilizations, which mark the rhythm of my artistic journey.
Painting and sculpture blend in earthy, copper, or multicolored tones. The very expression of my settings recalls the nurturing mother earth.
Painting my bas-reliefs,
Sculpting my paintings, so that volumes and colors come together, the contrasts are enhanced, and the mixture of materials brings the past together with the future.
Joséphine Montiel: A self-taught artist, Joséphine Montiel has been working on her bohemian art for about ten years.
She draws her vibrant creations from her origins in Spain and flamenco.
It is a continual journey between figuration and abstraction, paced by emotions and sensations.
Laure Martin: Laure Martin works with large formats and most often creates life-size portraits. The backgrounds are abstract, made with casein. She searches for the most realistic technique possible, without necessarily aiming for hyper-realism. She is particularly interested in light and tries to capture the reality of subjects through it.
She draws inspiration from her contemporaries; those who live in her valley. She attempts to reveal the beauty in each of them.
Isabelle FAUCHER: Sculptor who joined us from Montpellier for this opening. Isabelle FAUCHER comes from the largest foundry in London and exhibited 3 works.
