The old clock was showing significant signs of mechanical fatigue and posed a potential safety risk for residents.
This new clock, equipped with three screens, will be strategically installed on a public lighting pole, on one of the islands, at the intersection of Barla Street and Bonaparte Street.
The ticking of the clock will soon be heard again.
