A new facility is being added to Nice’s cycling revolution: the Ferber park-and-ride.

Latest News

Christian Estrosi yesterday introduced the new park-and-ride at Ferber, equipped with a fleet of e-velobleu bikes, thus creating a car-bicycle intermodality and supporting the extension of the city’s cycling network.

Furthermore, this park-and-ride also allows for taking tram line 2 and offers easy access to the Promenade des Anglais bike path.

On this occasion, he announced the arrival of 85 new e-velobleu bikes, bringing the fleet to 285 electric bikes, in free-floating service in Nice, Saint-Laurent, and Cagnes-sur-Mer.

“After the health crisis, I chose to offer the people of Nice an enhanced sustainable mobility offering, focusing particularly on cycling. It is in this spirit that the experiments on bike lanes or the free Vรฉlos Bleus come into play,” declared the mayor of Nice.

A nod also to the presence in the second round of municipal elections of the ecologist list led by Jean-Marc Governatori, with the appearance of a “green guru.”

Why vote for him โ€“ this is the implicit message that Christian Estrosi is sending to the votersโ€”when your mayor is full of ideas for practical ecology benefiting the territory rather than confusing slogans?

Moreover, since he will be in charge, he will have the opportunity to make them happen? To the wise, salutations!
