A new healthcare facility: CÉRÈS, the first Day Hospital in Nutrition

Latest News

Situated within the Cité Saint-François, opposite Pasteur 2 Hospital, in the North-East of Nice, this Day Hospital, opened in February 2016, is affiliated with the Pégomas Dietetics Unit.

It offers specific care for adult patients suffering from chronic conditions—diabetes, obesity, gastroenterological or nephrological disorders—and requiring nutritional rehabilitation.

The goal of the CERES Center is to help each individual find a new balance with their illness, take care of themselves, and regain control of their life.

The Day Hospital (DH) was created to complement the healthcare services available to the residents of Nice and the surrounding areas. It welcomes patients and their families during the day from Monday to Saturday.

With an area of 600m², the CERES Center has a multidisciplinary team supporting the patients and their families.

As part of the establishment’s project and the Quality Charter of the Dietetics Unit which serves over 1400 patients per year, the Center relies on the experience of the Pégomas team.
