A new real estate complex in Saint-Jean d’Angély

Latest News

Within the Saint-Jean d’Angély neighborhood, the “Vauban” block currently houses the park-and-ride facility of the same name (150 spaces), part of the bus station, a police station, and two boules courts.

The developer ADIM Côte d’Azur has embarked on a real estate program on this block. It consists of three sections organized around a central plaza and a new east-west semi-pedestrian pathway; it will include 219 residential units, shops and offices, a multiplex cinema, and 649 parking spaces, of which 360 will be public and constructed in a silo structure screening the railway (replacing the current Vauban parking).

The multiplex cinema will be built on lot 2 of the development, at the corner of Avenue François Mitterrand and Rue de Roquebillière. It will feature 10 theaters with a total capacity of 1,930 seats, operated by Agora Cinemas under the “Mégarama” brand.
