This complex aims to position Saint Martin Vésubie among the leading mountain tourism and sports destinations at the national level. The laying of the first stone of the Mountain Sports Hub will take place this Saturday, February 22, by Eric Ciotti, President of the CG06, and the President of the Mixed Union for the Development of the Vésubie and Valdeblore.
This indoor space will cater to all types of audiences, including athletes, mountain professionals, as well as families and visitors to the Mercantour National Park, and schools.
It will offer them the chance to discover mountain activities in a fun way, with an objective of learning, improvement, and professionalization.
The Mountain Sports Hub complements the leisure and sports offerings in the valley developed by the Alpes-Maritimes General Council, which includes several facilities such as the artificial climbing structure located at the Boréon site and the first trail station of the Alpes-Maritimes.
