In a time when student precariousness is becoming an important issue, actions for students are multiplying. In Nice, a new infrastructure has been dedicated to them, which will open at the start of the 2022 school year.
It was the deputy mayor Graig Monetti who announced it on social media: a social and solidarity grocery store for students will open in the Saint-Roch district in September 2022. This project came to fruition thanks to a collaboration between the city of Nice and FACE 06 (Federation of Student Associations and Corporations of the Alpes-Maritimes).
It was a commitment. With @cestrosi, we will open a social and solidarity grocery store for students with @FACE_06 in the Saint-Roch district in September 2022.
With @BaronePierre, @Benahmedkarim11 and @bruny_remy, we will do everything possible to lift young people out of precariousness. pic.twitter.com/m3Gx30Utjj

This creation follows the municipality’s commitment to fight against student precariousness.
