A new team at the departmental leadership of the Parti Radical 06 (UDI)

Latest News

The members of the Radical Party gathered in a general assembly have renewed the leadership of the Alpes-Maritimes federation.

A motivated and available team will preside over the department’s future for three years, as one of the main components of the UDI.

The executive committee is composed as follows:

President: Hervé CAEL

Treasurer: Lilia PARISOT (and Vice-President)

Departmental Secretary: Frédéric FLAYOL

1st Vice-President: Serge AMAR

Vice-President: Anne SATTONNET

Vice-President: Simone TORRES

Committee Members: Sophie DESCHAINTRES, Geneviève BRACCO, Paul
SIMONET, Yves DAHAN, Jean-Claude JUNON, Jean-Nicolas CONATI,
Jean-Michel NOGUEROLES.

In the coming weeks, this committee will be completed by the appointment of territorial and thematic leaders, demonstrating the diversity and richness of this movement.

During the general assembly, the values of the Radical Party were reiterated. In particular: Liberty, Secularism, Europe, Solidarity, and Humanism…:

Hervé Cael addressed these to the militants present:

Liberty in all its forms: Freedom of expression, creation, exchange, and entrepreneurship. Also, the freedom to rise above one’s origins to forge a destiny. Liberty is intrinsic to human dignity, the foundation of innovation and progress, and a mark of trust from the State towards individuals.

Solidarism, a reflection of the fraternal bond that unites community members, embodied today in our social model. A model to which the Radicals have made a major contribution, notably within the framework of the social cohesion plan.

Political Europe, the Radicals’ European passion, which is not ideological but based on a shared destiny and nourished for nearly sixty years by benefits so present in our daily lives that we tend to forget their existence and value: peace, the strengthening of democracy, monetary stability, and freedom of movement.

Secularism, the backbone of the Republic. A principle that is both a message of firmness and peace, an outstretched hand, and a clenched fist. It is the most beautiful tribute reason can pay to the freedom of belief. Because secularism is not synonymous with “exclusion” but “inclusion.” Secularism is not denunciation; it addresses all beliefs.

Finally, the Alpes-Maritimes federation will fully participate in the debates opening within the Radical Party, contributing notably to national thematic commissions and the development of the “radical manifesto” in view of upcoming electoral deadlines.
