Indeed, in 1981, spurred by Jack Lang, then Minister of Culture, France joyfully and cheerfully celebrated its first Music Festival. This festive initiative has spread abroad, mainly throughout Europe.
Today, the scale of this event, eagerly anticipated by both enthusiasts and local bands, hasn’t aged a bit; on the contrary, it has increased significantly. So much so that it is difficult to choose from the plethora of events offered to us each year. And of course, the French Riviera is no exception when it comes to celebrating this day in style.
