To help those who may have difficulties going through this period of anxiety and doubt, the city of Nice, in coordination with the Regional Center for Psychotrauma of the Provence Alpes Cรดte dโAzur and Corsica regions, the University of Cรดte dโAzur, the Lenval Foundation, the CHU of Nice, the Public Assistance/Hospitals of Marseille, and the Montfavet Hospital Center, have set up a psychological support and listening unit.
The coronavirus epidemic, because it can harm health and has social, familial, and economic consequences, is a source of stress and anxiety for the majority of citizens. Furthermore, the lockdown, which is indispensable, disrupts our ways of life.
In this exceptional context, it is essential that everyone can best preserve their well-being.
Volunteer professional psychologists or doctors, Master’s students in clinical psychology, and their teachers*, who are caring and competent, will be available to listen from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 8 pm during the lockdown period.
