After the success of the French-Nissart bilingual education at the Orangers School, which began in September 2013, the City of Nice decided to open a second bilingual school at Fouont Cauda to continue passing on the language and culture of Nice.
Parents wishing to enroll their child for the 2020-2021 school year in the preschool section of this new bilingual school located at 3 Avenue Lacroix, must submit their application to the Education Department by Friday, June 12.
88 children are enrolled at the Orangers School for the 2019-2020 school year in one of the four French-Nissart bilingual classes.
Now, the young children of Fouont Cauda preschool will be able to start learning the Nissart language from the start of the 2020 school year.
