The 130th anniversary of the Lenval Foundation started in March 2018, featuring a series of events for both the general public and the staff.
To conclude these celebrations on a high note, GIE Lenval Services wished to participate in its own way in this symbolic year.
Indeed, the GIE that manages the Lenval company restaurant offered a gourmet menu this Thursday, crafted by a starred chef, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Chef Didier ANIES, Executive Chef of the Fairmont Monte Carlo Hotel.
Two other partners graciously agreed to participate in this project:
• The Paul Augier hotel school, which will provide chefs and servers to ensure the smooth running of the service.
• The company Elis, which agreed to handle the fabric tablecloths for all the tables in the dining hall.
