The weekend is marked by mobilization for the preservation of the planet. Throughout the department, actions are planned to bring the population together around a common cause.
The “Citizens for the Climate” collective is planning a series of activities this Saturday in various locations in the city.
A “bike-ruption” is scheduled for 11 am from Gare Thiers, where volunteers will hop on their two-wheelers to raise awareness about using this mode of transport.
Following this, there will be a gathering and picnic at Rauba Capeu.
At 3 pm, there will be a gathering in front of the Palais de Justice for a “gelato” (everyone remains still).
The grand finale will take place in the late afternoon at Place Garibaldi, with concerts and an alternatives village.
Beyond Nice, other cities will also organize similar activities, including Vence, Cannes, Antibes, and Menton.
