This event gathers most of the scientific stakeholders from the Sophia Antipolis metropolis and the department to offer the public of all ages festive days around science through about twenty stands, workshops, animations, screenings, lab visits on topics as varied as Planetary and Universe Sciences, Life and Health Sciences, Digital Sciences, Electronics and Robotics, or Zetetics (or how to scientifically explain phenomena that seem paranormal or magical).

There is also a space dedicated to presenting science careers and the role of women in these fields. A shuttle is available to the public to visit the CSTB laboratories (*reservation strongly recommended*).

A show “TARA Expeditions* and Chronicles of the Plankton” is proposed to close the Saturday schedule at 6 PM, in the cinema hall of the Agora. *Limited number of seats available: reservation strongly recommended.*

Faithfully associated with this Science Weekend, a scientific quiz game, in the form of a multiple-choice questionnaire, will be offered to guide the public through the stands, allowing them, while having fun with their families, to win numerous prizes. The draw of the winning teams (5 teams per day) will take place live during the award ceremony at 5:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday.

The public will be accompanied around the village by โ€œLead Fishโ€, students from the CIV boarding school, to guide them throughout their visit: information on the stands, animation schedules, operation of the scientific game, capturing answers, advice…
