This single point of entry at the level of the Nice Côte d’Azur Urban Community has enabled the municipalities to offer a reception service covering wide time slots and allowing for timely responses to questions, triggering the intervention of technical services, and/or resolving issues related to waste collection, cleanliness, road maintenance, lighting, and sanitation, among other things.
