Abba Mania takes over the Palestre hall in Le Cannet

Latest News

With the movie Mamma Mia experiencing a true global triumph (over 30 million viewers in 170 cities worldwide, including one million admissions in France) and a museum planned in 2009 in Stockholm, ABBA continues to inspire imitators.

After their performance at the Palais des Sports in 2004 and a SOLD-OUT OLYMPIA in January 2006, ABBA MANIA returns in 2009 for a tour throughout France. A guest of honor, Marc THOMAS, the very creator of ABBA MANIA, will play the role of Björn.

This unique and original concept was created in England in 1998 by prodigious musicians, all fans of ABBA.

The 7 singers and musicians of this troupe recreate the legendary Swedish group’s last concert, from 1982, staying true to the smallest details: lyrics, sound, lighting, choreography, platform shoes, electric piano, disco ball… down to the Swedish accent! Guaranteed atmosphere!

ABBA MANIA subsequently conquered the rest of Europe and now performs almost everywhere in the world: https://www.abbamania.com.

More than twenty-five years later, sequins, choreography, sets, and lights still make people dream, dance, and sing.
The iconic tunes such as “Mamma Mia,” “Dancing Queen,” and “Money, Money” will sweep disco nostalgics and party enthusiasts into the world of Abba.
