This Friday, from 9 AM to 11 AM, the Handisport’IAE project team is organizing a meeting between the Valentin Haüy Association, dedicated to the blind and visually impaired, and the fifth-grade students of Jules Ferry Elementary School (Jeanne Jugan Street).
The aim of this meeting is to raise children’s awareness of disabilities through dialogue, as well as through sports practice.
Indeed, the young students from Nice will be introduced to tandem biking in a state of blindness after having exchanged with a representative of the Valentin Haüy Association.
