After Paris and Lyon, the National Institute of Gemmology (ING) is opening its doors in Nice.

Starting from January 2011, the National Institute of Gemmology will open its doors in Nice. Already training around 400 trainees per year, the ING is renowned for the quality of its teaching and its expertise that meets the demanding standards of French jewelry.
As part of a partnership with ISCAE, a business school inaugurated in January 2010, the National Institute of Gemmology will set up and offer Gemmologist and Jewelry Commerce training at 15/17 rue de la Liberté in Nice.

Founded in 1963, the National Institute of Gemmology has an exceptional collection of over 27,000 stones and laboratory equipment that allows learners to face the reality of the material. This is why the most prestigious jewelry houses such as Mauboussin, Cartier, Van Cleef, Gucci, Vuitton, Hermès, and many other professionals such as Didier Guérin, Histoire d’Or, Crédit Municipal have called upon the ING to train their staff.
During its 48 years of existence, the ING has trained several thousand gemologists and saw its efforts rewarded by obtaining the certified title in 2010.
