The European Committee of the Regions is an advisory body of the European Union composed of locally and regionally elected representatives from the Member States. It advocates for a three-dimensional European governance involving governments, European institutions, and the local and regional levels.
Agnès Rampal has also been chosen to sit on the Euro-Mediterranean Regional and Local Assembly (ARLEM), which brings together local and regional representatives from the European Union and its Mediterranean partners.
