The Alpes-Maritimes are once again showcasing the local agriculture industry. From February 26th to March 6th, the department will set up its booth at the International Agriculture Fair (SIA).
The Alpes-Maritimes department and the Chamber of Agriculture of the Alpes-Maritimes are participating in the agriculture fair. The booth, themed “a sensory journey from the coastline to the highlands of the Alpes-Maritimes Department,” features several areas that correspond to the different landscapes and various productions within the department. This booth is primarily designed for visitors to discover a vegetable garden area, a flower section, an orchard area, spaces for events and tasting sessions, and an exhibition space.
The department reaffirms its commitment to rural and agricultural policy, established by the [2021-2028 Departmental Rural and Agricultural Plan](https://www.departement06.fr/grands-projets-2021-2028/plan-agricole-et-rural-2028-rendre-a-lagriculture-la-place-quelle-merite-43427.html) for the Maralpin territory.
