From February 26 to March 6, 2022, the International Agricultural Show takes place, during which the General Agricultural Competition is notably organized. This year, the wines from the Bellet estate were awarded.
The Saint-Jean estate of Nathalie and Jean-Patrick Pacioselli received two medals: the gold medal for white wine (2021 vintage) and the silver medal for red wine (2020 vintage). The Via Julia Augusta estate of Nicolas and Robert Cohendet, meanwhile, obtained the bronze medal for its rosé wine (2021 vintage). Last November, the Bellet appellation wines celebrated their 80th anniversary.

The president of the Alpes-Maritimes department was keen to congratulate them, adding that the Alpes-Maritimes stand will continue to “celebrate Maralpine agriculture”.
Delighted to see the quality of our products rewarded at this international event. Until March 6, the stand of the @AlpesMaritimes department will continue to celebrate Maralpine agriculture!

Since its creation in 1870, the General Agricultural Competition has been selecting and awarding the best French local products, with the aim of encouraging producers committed to excellence and promoting a diet from French agriculture and livestock farming.
Since 1964, it has been part of the Agricultural Show, which aims to be “the reference agricultural event, not only in France but also abroad”. Last year, despite the health crisis, 482,221 visitors attended the Agricultural Show (compared to 633,213 in 2019), proving its status as a must-attend event.
