The Role of Technology in Training

As per the rules, we start with a warm-up before launching into a pacing running session, led by the WaveLight Technology specially brought in for the occasion. A technology used by professional athletes for their training.

The school’s director was delighted with this initiative. “This morning allowed a discovery of athletics in a sport that they are not used to sharing in their lives. Such activities for the promotion of sports should be more frequent in schools, as it also serves the promotion of health. To conclude and to reward the effort these young athletes have put in, they will all be invited to attend the Nikaรฏa Meeting on June 15.
