Alice Lombard is doing her “Karaoke” this Sunday at the Bobar Comedy Club.

Alice Lombard will perform this Sunday, February 2nd at 7:15 PM at the Bobar Comedy Club in Nice with her first show, Karaoké. After making a name for herself in the Parisian comedy clubs, she presents a stand-up where she explores her contradictions with humor and sincerity.

Alice Lombard speaks loudly, laughs a lot, and questions everything. Her show is inspired by her journey and her relationship with others. “Laughter has always been a lifeline for me. Making people laugh to keep a distance, making people laugh to not cry,” she explains.

In Karaoké, the artist addresses the need to be accepted, the fear of being judged by others, and her own feminism. She also questions parenthood when one still feels like a child.

But why name her show Karaoké? “It’s for those moments when we dream of being a music star for the duration of a song, when we step into the spotlight taking ourselves more or less seriously,” Alice explains. “It’s for these moments of sharing and laughter. That’s the tone I wanted for my show: a moment of joy and sharing.”

Having trained at the Marseille Conservatory, Alice Lombard turned to stand-up in 2019. She has performed in venues like the Paname Art Café or La Petite Loge. In 2023, she launched Les Demi-Heures avec Alice Lombard, comedic sessions organized in her living room with other artists.

After several dates in France and abroad, she presents Karaoké at the Festival Off d’Avignon 2024. She continues her tour in 2025 with a stop at the Bobar Comedy Club in Nice. The appointment is set for this Sunday, February 2nd at 7:15 PM for those curious to discover her universe.
