Last February, already a year ago, Nice Côte d’Azur launched “Allo Mairies – 3906”, a unique phone number for the residents of the 27 municipalities of Nice Côte d’Azur, aimed at providing a more efficient, simpler, and closer public service to its citizens.
This single entry point at the level of the Nice Côte d’Azur Urban Community has enabled the municipalities to offer a reception service covering wide time slots and allowing for prompt responses to questions, triggering interventions from technical services, and resolving encountered issues related to waste collection, cleanliness, road maintenance, lighting, and sanitation, among others.
On Monday, February 28, the Mayors of the member municipalities will celebrate the first anniversary of this ambitious service that perfectly meets the users’ expectations and to announce future developments that will further improve this service.
