Combining a grand American festival with the discovery and introduction to kite flying is the ambition of the “American Dream” project, designed by the Harley du Cลur, in collaboration with the Villeneuve-Loubet city hall and all the city’s services! Two worlds to discover and share with the family.
“American Dream” is also a day focused on solidarity, as the proceeds will be entirely donated in the form of equipment to the Antoine Lacassagne Center, which continues to equip its children’s facilities, as well as to the pediatric services of the Archet 2 hospital in Nice.
Moreover, the ideal configuration of the site allows simplified accessibility for all those, children or adults, whom life has temporarily or unfortunately more permanently weakened.
Those whom the Harley du Cลur affectionately call their “little protรฉgรฉs” from the pediatric services of hospitals and homes in the department, as well as disabled adults, will be able to enjoy all the attractions and animations offered free of charge for them and their companions.

“American Dream”: one day, two atmospheres, twice as much fun and sharing! Imagine, on one side, the “American spirit” with its legendary motorcycles, powerful and sleek cars, incredible trucks, a real dragster, a 1.5-hour ride in the hinterland organized by big-hearted bikers, and 6 concerts throughout the day!
From 10 AM, the Villeneuvois group Pulp Ove will start the march, followed at 11 AM by the crystal-clear voice of young Ilona, just before the official inauguration of the event by Mr. Deputy Mayor Lionnel Luca.
Then itโs Nashville Gangโs turn with a spirited country dance demonstration. Afterwards, rock takes the stage with in random order Glamory (first concert of the season), Lone Redneck, Jason And Co, and the band Addikt to close the day!
For dining, treat your taste buds to a trip across the Atlantic with delicious traditional Mexican dishes prepared by Poco Loco in Nice, or savor the delicious oysters from Roumegous, pan-bagnats, the special burger made by Les Toques Blanches, not to mention the authentic socca from Nice.
For desserts, the iconic crรชpes from the Harley du Cลur, and other luscious tarts!! The Villeneuve Loubet Festival Committee will manage the refreshment stand! And of course, you can visit the area reserved for stalls. Total immersion for a real dive into the great outdoors!
Meet the ambassador of Harley du Cลur, Chris Holmes, former leader of the band WASP, who proudly represents the association and its members, and why not have your photo taken with him at our stand? A real photo studio will be set up and you will leave with a lovely souvenir!
- Within the eco park, there is a space dedicated to kite flying, and the exploration of the wind, for young and old, with free kite-making and initiation spaces, and crafting fun items from plastic bottles and recycled paper.
Wind turbines and other windmills have gathered in the wind garden, set up in the eco park. It will offer everyone a surprising visit where the breeze competes in ingenuity to transport you to a fascinating universe. Make a wish and attach it to the wind wall, a large fishing net, before Aeolus carries it away with him in the evening with his poetic breath. For the little ones, an inflatable structure and a fun little train will entertain them all day long.
Come meet the authors from the Baie des Anges publishing house present for book signings, and admire the astonishing and enchanting work of artist Cervantรจs who will exhibit his translucent works throughout the day,
and if you crave something sweet with your coffee, you can taste the delicious exclusive collection of “American Dream” macarons created by the Mic Mac Macaron house and its talented pastry chef Bruno Laffargue, and plenty of other surprises!
Note that a passionate kite flyer, Yvette Taillandier, who has just returned from the 31st RICV of Berck sur Mer and the Trouville sur Mer festival, will be present to help children in creating and using these objects.
