Régis Brandinelli, President of Stade Niçois, Patrice Prévôt, President of the association, and Richard Laganier, Rector of the Nice Academy, have signed a partnership focused on the high-performance rugby program for young high school students who are members of the Elite Jeunes teams of Alain Musso, President of the Alpes-Maritimes Departmental Committee of the FFR.
This unique agreement in France is part of the commitment to support young players in the success of their studies and their sports projects.
Thanks to this partnership, the young people of the Côte d’Azur will have priority access to schooling and accommodation in Nice’s boarding schools. For the first time, this model will allow teenagers to follow a high-level sports pathway alongside tailored studies within educational tracks that suit them.
Focusing on training, Stade Niçois gives significant importance to young people in its project. The rugby school, the academy, and the club’s training center are proof of this. Thus, three teams participate at the highest level of competition offered by French rugby: Cadet Gaudermen, cadets Alamercery, and junior Crabos.
