Emirates is organizing new open days in France in December 2025. The Dubai-based airline is looking for candidates to join its cabin crew. Several cities are involved, including Nice. These events are aimed at individuals wishing to become part of the cabin crew and learn about the recruitment process.
The airline based in Nice, Emirates, has announced a new recruitment campaign in the capital of the French Riviera. This is the fifth for this year, 2025. Open days are scheduled all over France during December 2025. These meetings allow candidates to meet the recruitment teams and submit an application on site. The stated goal is to strengthen the cabin crew.
The announcement specifies that “Emirates, the largest international airline, is seeking candidates to join its crews.” These open days will take place in five French cities, with Nice among the announced locations. The appointment is set for Saturday, December 20, 2025, at NH Nice, located at 2-4 Parvis de l’Europe.
The Dubai-based airline is looking for “passionate and motivated profiles to offer a personalized welcome and an unforgettable experience to its passengers.” Safety is emphasized as a central priority: “the ideal candidate will confidently manage onboard operations and ensure passenger safety by following various procedures.”
The recruitment targets the cabin crew. The described missions include both passenger service and the strict application of safety regulations. The company reminds that “all Emirates cabin crew will receive internationally renowned training provided at the company’s training center in Dubai.”
Over 8,000 recruitments in 2025
The company highlights a multicultural working environment. Emirates indicates that “the Emirates cabin crew, composed of more than 148 nationalities, resides in Dubai, a cosmopolitan and dynamic city.” According to the company, the crew members will benefit from “a competitive salary, official accommodation, transportation between home and work, excellent medical coverage, and discounts on various attractions in Dubai.” It also mentions access to travel opportunities through the company’s network. “Emirates’ extensive global network offers numerous travel opportunities to crew members and their loved ones to all destinations served by the airline.”
The official communication also presents three reasons highlighted for joining the cabin crew. The first concerns the international dimension. The announcement states: “working alongside more than 148 different nationalities: by traveling to over 140 cities across 6 continents, the crew discovers various cultures, histories, and lifestyles.”
The second reason concerns the benefits offered. The announcement states that “the cabin crew enjoys a competitive salary, flight bonuses, layover expenses, and can be eligible for profit sharing.”
The third reason involves skill acquisition. Emirates reminds that “the Emirates cabin crew is not only known for their onboard service but also for ensuring safety, security, and medical emergencies.” The announcement specifies that “new recruits acquire leadership and rescue skills as part of safety and emergency procedures, and essential first aid as part of medical training.”
The application procedures are also detailed. Candidates can submit an online application. The application should include “a CV in English and a recent photograph.” The company advises pre-registration online to facilitate participation in the open days, specifying that “those who have not registered online can attend without an appointment during the open day at the specified locations.”
The recruitment session takes place over an entire day. “Shortlisted candidates will be informed on the same day about the schedules, assessments, and additional interviews.” Further information on the process is available on the Emirates website.
Last year, “Emirates recruited over 8,000 cabin crew members and organized recruitment events in 353 cities worldwide.” For the current year, the recruiting team plans open days “in more than 460 cities across the six continents.”
Emirates currently has “23,200 cabin crew members” and “aims to recruit 5,000 for the current fiscal year.” The crews operate “in more than 140 cities, across six continents” and “speak 72 languages onboard.” The fleet is described as consisting “of more than 260 wide-body aircraft,” with “over 310 aircraft on order.”
In France, the company’s presence is noted. Emirates serves the territory with “35 weekly passenger flights.” The company operates three daily A380 flights from Paris, one daily A380 flight from Nice, and one daily A350 flight from Lyon.
