Following the general call from Crédit Agricole Provence Côte d’Azur and its Corporate Foundation on April 15th, more than 111 candidates proposed an idea for a solidarity project. The Award Ceremony took place on November 18th in Draguignan, and we offer you a recap of this event.
The main financier of the local economy in its territory, Crédit Agricole Provence Côte d’Azur aims to be a useful and responsible bank. As a truly responsible player committed to sustainable development, the regional bank is heavily involved in directing its actions towards the environment. Thus, on April 15, 2022, Crédit Agricole Provence Côte d’Azur and its Corporate Foundation launched the climate Call for Projects titled “Act for Climate and Energy Transition”.
This Call for Projects signifies a will to support actors involved in energy transition determined to make a difference. It also allows them to showcase their ideas and financially expedite their solidarity project. No fewer than 111 idea proponents responded to this call for applications in favor of sustainable development. In the end, 13 winners and 4 special mentions were selected.

A hundred people gathered for this ceremony. In a jazz atmosphere provided by the Solar Quartet, winners, administrators, President of Local Branches, collaborators, and Management Committee were present to hand over the trophies to the 13 winners. Four of them, who received a special mention, were offered financial support and a trophy created by the artist Wilfrid Bricourt, made solely from debris from the valleys affected by Storm Alex.
