The first action of the STOP project (Sensitize the Public to Work towards a reduction of Plastic) will take place this Saturday, April 30, 2022. It will involve the cleaning of the Paillon in the Anatole France activity area located in the town of La Trinité.
This is a project conducted by the Sea and Mountain Discovery Center (CDMM) and Awarded the Green New Deal by the Alpes-Maritimes Department. About fifty participants will be gathered for cleaning along the Paillon to raise awareness about combating plastic waste.
Several entertainment stands will also be present. They will be hosted by local environmental associations offering multiple activities for all ages. Parents and children are therefore welcome.
