An eco-friendly garage sale to find your Christmas gifts

Latest News

This Sunday, December 8, My Nice Events is offering a unique market combining circular economy and local creations. It’s a day to discover artisans and artists committed to an eco-responsible approach.

The My Nice Green Market returns with a special Christmas edition. Located on the Customs Esplanade and Port Quays, this event celebrates local creativity and more sustainable consumption. More than 100 exhibitors will participate: creators, artisans, artists, thrift shops, and second-hand vendors.

On the Esplanade side, visitors will discover painters, ceramicists, creators of objects made from recycled materials, and even responsibly-made pet accessories. On the Quays, a giant second-hand clothing sale will offer vintage clothing, jewelry, and accessories. There will also be a space dedicated to vinyl records and second-hand geek culture enriching the selection.

A Different Way of Consuming

The market encourages short supply chains and material reuse. Upcycling artisans transform fabrics or natural materials into furniture and decorative objects. The initiative also invites the public to rediscover forgotten pieces in their wardrobes. It’s a great way to consume while supporting the local economy.

Niçoise gastronomy will also be highlighted. Snacks, biscuits, crepes, and local specialties will be offered by local businesses throughout the day.

Practical Information:

The event will take place at the port of Nice from 9 AM to 5 PM. Entry is free and open to the public.
