An immense sadness at the Socialist Party over the passing of Henri Emmanuelli

“As with all socialists, it is with immense sadness that I learned of the passing of Henri Emmanuelli,” declared Xavier Garcia, First Secretary 06.

“He was above all a great figure of the Socialist Party, one of the few who had unanimous support. He was respected by all for his loyalty, intellectual honesty, and human qualities,” he said in a statement.
