Summer will be organic, summer will be hot! This is the motto of Agribio. In Collongues this Sunday, local and summer organic products are on the agenda, like an invitation to gather in a convivial atmosphere and to collectively bring forth the promises of a future focused on nature and environmental respect.
For 30 years, actions carried out with the support of the State and various local authorities have led to a steady increase in the number of organic producers. As of December 31, 2015, the department had 220 certified farms.
A “bio summer” is thus taking place this Sunday in Collongues, organized by Agribio 06 and the town of Collongues in partnership with the Grasse Region Agglomeration Community and the Préalpes d’Azur Regional Natural Park.
During a festive summer day, discover the initiatives of the highlands and its organic agriculture. Flavors, colors, smells, and sounds: the senses awakened and delighted!
From 10 AM to 5 PM, an organic market and activities are offered to promote organic products and farmers and to encourage exchanges that will shape the world of tomorrow.
An opportunity to discover the preserved regions of the heights of the Alpes-Maritimes, while participating in an event focused on nature and environmental respect.
Throughout the day: A 100% organic farmers market, cultural activities, local artisans (agroforestry, mobile sawmill, network for forest alternatives…), donkey rides for young and old alike.
